A runtime cannot start
Open Preferences and choose Check runtimes. Use bundled for the shipped tools, or verify the full executable path if you use a custom runtime. Install WebView2 if the interface cannot open.
Review requirements →Camera registration fails
Use footage with overlapping views and real camera movement. Avoid motion blur, repeated textures and disconnected rooms. Inspect the log for registered camera coverage.
Recording guidance →The model looks distorted
Check several recorded views before exploring freely. Older results created with invalid camera poses need reconstruction again. A successful training run does not guarantee every view is accurate.
Inspect a reconstruction →Training runs out of memory
Reduce maximum image edge and Gaussian limit. Close other GPU-intensive applications and start a new run. Cancelled runs retain their files for inspection.

Record the Veyra version, GPU, saved parameters and failing process stage. Include the relevant log excerpt. Review file paths in logs before sharing them.
